Eddy’s Restaurant was established in 2010 by Chef Eddy, his wife Sonia and three children Eddy Jr., Sonia Jr. and Daniel.
After years of experience working as an executive chef for world renowned Hotels, in places like Paris, Caracas and Bonaire, Eddy decided it was time to open his own business and pursue his dream of opening a full service catering business. In 1999 Eddy’s Gourmandises Catering Services was born. Starting from providing cakes and pastries to different resorts on the island and preparing take-out meals from his kitchen at home, things quickly evolved into catering events for the largest companies on the island, as well as corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties etc.
After more than 10 years of experience in the catering business, Eddy Carrillo decided it was time to expand and take on a new challenge, which was combining the catering business with a Restaurant. His family did not hesitate to join him on this new journey. In 2010 Eddy’s Restaurant opened its doors.
